According to the structure, the composite stamping die can be divided into: the front-mounted composite die and the inverted composite die. The characteristics are: the production efficiency is doubled; the quality of the stamping parts is improved; the precision of the mold manufacturing is higher. Summary: Single die structure is simple, single die cost is low, processing cycle is short, adjustment is convenient, it is used for products with complex product structure and small production output; continuous die structure is complex, production efficiency is high, and cost is relatively high, which is suitable for Products with a large output; the composite mold has a compact structure, and the product has high precision at one time.
