According to statistics, my country's key backbone mold companies have reached nearly 110, of which about 37% are stamping molds. These data strongly prove the fact that my country has become a major automotive mold manufacturing country. However, the development of my country's automobile molds is not so ideal. The technical level of high-end automobile mold companies is not up to standard, technical innovation capabilities are low, and new mold development capabilities are insufficient. These series of reasons restrict the development of my country's automobile mold industry. As a result, automobile mold companies cannot produce molds that match the high-end market. The molds required for high-end automobile manufacturing must also rely on imports.

On the contrary, domestic high-end mold companies occasionally have to change their initial market positioning to seize the middle and low-end markets because of insufficient production load. Due to the low profit margins of the middle and low-end markets, the investment in Ru0026D and technological innovation is also very small. Under certain circumstances, a vicious circle is formed, which prevents the company from entering a virtuous development cycle. Many, making it face increasingly fierce market competition.

For supporting VLSI circuits, supporting lead frames with lead pins above 100 and gaps below 0.2mm, supporting precision miniature connectors with accuracy above 5mm, supporting micromotor cores below 1.6mm, and supporting kinescopes and electron guns, etc. Matching precision molds are the top priority of development.
