The latest model of Danish fastener detector can effectively detect loose fasteners

The Danish fastener testing instrument manufacturer Vibrationmaster will exhibit the latest J100Junker portable test bench at the Las Vegas Screw and Machinery Exhibition, and hold a demonstration operation of the new machine on site to test the self-release of fastener products of different manufacturers phenomenon.

Vibrationmaster CEO Morten Schiff said: 'The J100 test bench allows fastener manufacturers to use wedge-shaped washers, locknuts, and other fixing elements in front of customers to demonstrate the ability of their bolted joints to prevent self-loosing. 'Vibrationmaster will provide visitors at the exhibition with the opportunity to use the J100 test bench to test the size of M121/2 inch fastener products. Schiff added that the test bench is easy to operate and suitable for business personnel who are not engineers to display product testing in front of customers.

J100Junker demonstration test bench can test ISOM5~M12, UTS size #10~½ inches and DIN65151 fasteners, and the fastener replacement time can be controlled within 60 seconds. Another feature of the test bench is its lightness and portability, with a total weight of 25kg (56lb), and it is suitable for standard power lines.
