The layout design of the process in the processing of stamping parts

According to the data, in the processing of stamping parts, the minimum overlap value a1 in the step direction is 1.8mm, and the minimum overlap value a in the material width direction is 2.0mm. The part is stamped with coil material, and the following two schemes are preliminarily drawn up for process layout. Scheme 1: In the processing of stamping parts, an oblique single-row arrangement is adopted, the material width is 98.5mm, the step distance is 72.8mm (see Figure 2-2), and the material utilization rate is calculated to be 60.45%. Scheme 2: Straight-line single-row arrangement is used in the processing of stamping parts, the material width is 79mm, the step distance is 76.8mm (see Figure 2-3), and the material utilization rate is calculated to be 71.45%. Analyzing the above two schemes, the arrangement of scheme 2 was finally selected to save materials.
