Shaping is generally used after the bending and deep drawing process. The shaping mold is similar to the general forming mold, except that the working part has a high precision in the shape and size, the surface roughness value is lower, and the fillet radius and gap value are small. When shaping, it is necessary to correctly select the position of the plastic deformation, the size of the deformation, and the appropriate stress and strain state according to the characteristics and accuracy requirements of the shape of the part. The dimensional accuracy of the workpiece obtained by the upsetting of the bent part is high, and it is a leveling method often used at present. However, for bending parts with holes or bending parts with unequal widths, upsetting is not suitable, because the holes are easily deformed during upsetting. The shaping of the drawing parts adopts the negative clearance drawing shaping method, and the clearance can be 0.9~0.95 times the material thickness. The shaping process and the last drawing process can be combined into one process to complete.
