Guide pillar guide.  ②Elastic unloading plate    precision stamping parts Adopt a block-type combination structure, the main body of the discharge plate is divided into 2 pieces and 5 guide plates combined, and 8 groups of small ball guide posts are connected with the upper and lower mold seats to form an integrated guide combination. The spring-loaded unloading plate and the guide plate have a block-combined structure, which has the comprehensive performance of unloading, pressing, protecting the punch, controlling the step distance and precise guidance.  ③Concave mold   adopts a block-type inlay structure, consisting of cemented carbide inserts and 5 concave plates. The method of cold pressing and precise positioning ensures that the parts can be interchanged.  ④Punch fixing    adopts a quick-change structure, and the cemented carbide punch and the fixed plate adopt a μm-level clearance fit and are locked and positioned with a pressure plate. The position accuracy of the punch is controlled by the guide plate.  ⑤Step accuracy control structure  Using two rows of 28 guide pins to control the high-precision positioning of the feeding step, the step accuracy is guaranteed by the precise guide plate.  ⑥Strip guide   Strip guide adopts the side guide plate guide structure, and the side guide plate is set in the form of block and section. And set up the material ejecting structure on the fixed plate of the concave mold to ensure the unimpeded operation of the strip.
