Multi-station progressive die parts conditions:   1, the parts should be shaped products, and the batch should be large enough, generally the monthly output is not less than 80,000 pieces, otherwise, the economic benefits are relatively poor;   2, the precision of the parts is moderate, Generally, it is greater than IT10 level. In recent years, with the development of mold processing technology, the manufacturing accuracy of multi-station progressive dies has been significantly improved, so that the parts have also been improved, and some have reached IT8 level; 3. The parts are not suitable for single-process mold processing, such as parts with extremely complex shapes, which require multiple stamping to complete the shape and size of the part. If the single-process mold cannot be positioned and stamped, multi-station progressive is used. The mold is completed by continuous stamping;   4. Special parts that are not suitable for composite mold processing, such as some parts with special shapes, such as: integrated circuit lead frames, micro-motor stators, rotor sheets, etc., it is impossible to design and use composite molds. For mold manufacturing, multi-station progressive mold is used to complete;   5. The shape and size of the part are appropriate. When the thickness of the part is greater than 5mm and the outer dimension is greater than 250mm, it is not suitable to use the progressive mold. Generally, the material of the part The thickness should be 0.2mm~4mm;   6. The length and thickness of the stamping materials are appropriate, the material is too short, and the production efficiency is low; the material is too thin, and the feeding direction and positioning are difficult; the material is too thick to be straightened, and too thick The materials are generally short and are not suitable for automatic feeding;   7, the material should have a certain rigidity, otherwise it is not conducive to automatic feeding;   8, the total size and punching force of the mold are suitable for the size of the press and must be related to the press The parameters match.
