The process of stamping parts processing

Stamping parts processing is relying on the power of special stamping equipment, so that the sheet metal is stamped and deformed in the mold, so as to obtain a certain shape and size of product parts production technology. Sheet material, mold and equipment are the three elements of stamping processing. Stamping processing is a metal cold deformation processing method. Therefore, it is called cold stamping or sheet metal stamping. It is one of the main methods of metal plastic processing and also belongs to the material forming engineering technology. The die used for stamping parts is called stamping die, or die for short. Die is a special tool for batch processing of materials into required punching parts. Punching dies are very important in stamping. Without a die that meets the requirements, mass stamping production will be difficult; without improving the punching dies of the predecessors, improving the stamping process of the predecessors cannot be achieved. The stamping process, die, stamping equipment and metal stamping materials constitute the three elements of stamping processing, and the three elements are indispensable.

1. Determine the amount of deformation compensation according to the material, product structure, etc.

2. According to the compensation amount, the finished product or semi-finished product can be stamped out by the die design.

3. Process semi-finished products to finished products.

4. Unfavorable conditions include cracks, strains, uneven thickness, non-formation, etc.

Thread processing: internal thread tapping with corresponding grade tap; external thread turning with thread cutter or die sleeve threading.

Unfavorable situations include random buckles, different sizes, and materials are mainly selected according to the requirements of use. Copper, aluminum, low carbon steel and other metals or non-metals with low deformation resistance, good plasticity and good elongation shall be formulated according to product requirements. However, there are national standard thread gauges for thread inspection. For hole inspection, special plug gauges can be designed according to the national standard or buy standard size plug gauges of national standard.
