Guide The width of the material board (L) ≧ 15mm. b. The length of the guide plate (W) ≦ 150mm. c. The height of the guide plate (H) ≦ 8.0mm. d. The safety strength of the guide plate pressing plate (S) ≧ 1.0m m. e. The specification of the fixed pin of the guide plate: ∮4.0mm. f. The guide plate lock screw: M4. g. The feeding space between the guide plate and the floating pin (A) ≧ 2.0T~2.5T. The space between the guide plate and the lift pin is the feeding space, so the ejection height of the ejector pin needs to be matched with the shape of the guide plate, and the ejector pin needs to be balanced. 3. Specification setting of floating pin: a. Related specifications of floating pin: refer to the standard parts specifications of stamping hardware. b. Floating dual-purpose pin ∮ diameter: According to the material thickness and characteristic shape of the stamping product. Generally, when the material thickness is less than or equal to 1.0mm, use floating pins below ∮10. c. Ejection height: According to the characteristics of stamping products. d. Leading space (A): Material thickness is below 1.2mm, A ≧ 2.0T~2.5T. The material thickness is above 1.2mm, A ≧ 1.5T~2.0T. e. Set quantity: According to the feeding pitch, set 1pcs per pitch. f. Setting position: as close as possible to the position of the guide pin. 4. Square guide block specification setting: a. Square guide block width (W): 8.0mm~10.0mm. b. Square guide block length (L): set according to requirements. Generally, single pitch or multiple pitch forms can be designed. c. Ejection height: According to the characteristics of stamping products. d. Leading material space (A): Material thickness is below 1.2mm, A≧2.0T. The material thickness is above 1.2mm, A≧1.5T. e. The thickness of the guide plate (B): the thickness of the material is below 0.6mm, B≧2.0mm. The material thickness is below 1.2mm, B≧3.0mm. The material thickness is 1.2mm or more, B≧4.0mm. f. Set quantity: According to the feeding pitch, set 1pcs per pitch.
