Therefore, when the mold needs to be removed from the machine, remember to perform the following operations to ensure the safety of the mold and the operator. 1. The hardware shrapnel mold is normally unloaded: 1. First hit the punch to 'inch' and turn off the counter; 2. Use the inch switch to hit the punch to the bottom dead center and cut the material belt; it is strictly forbidden when the mold is not at the bottom dead center. Cutting the material belt can easily cause deformation of the material belt and damage to the mold parts. 3. Loosen the screws of the upper and lower molds. 4. Hit the punch to the top dead center while pulling the mold to the center of the mold cart. When drawing the mold, two people must complete it at the same time. Do not pull the mold by one person to ensure safety. 5. The mold cart must be pulled away from the punch for a certain distance before the height of the mold cart can be lowered. Prevent the mold cart from getting stuck on the punching platform, causing the mold to slip off. 6. Mold clamping screws, scissors, material hooks, flashlights, etc. are strictly forbidden to be placed on the operating surface of the punching machine when the mold is lowered. 2. The hardware shrapnel mold is abnormally off the machine: 1. Turn off the power of the main engine and the counter; 2. After the flywheel is completely stopped, place a plastic or paper core on the front and rear diagonal stop posts of the mold. It should not be placed between the stripping plate and the mold core fixing plate, and iron blocks can not be used instead of plastic to be placed in the mold. 3. Use the safety bar to shake the flywheel to stick to the upper and lower stop posts. 4. Loosen the upper and lower mold screws, and use the safety bar to pull the flywheel to 0°~70°, then the mold can be pulled down. 3. Precautions for dismounting the hardware shrapnel mold: 1. Before pulling the mold, make sure that the mold inlet material belt pallet has been loosened and taken off. 2. When the mold cannot be pulled, one person can pull it out and one person can push it back. You can also use the mold lifting screw to rotate the screw hole of the lower mold base, lift it up a little with both hands at the same time, and then pull it out. 3. When the mold is pulled away from the punch, the mold cart should not be turned too sharply to prevent the guide plate or material pallet from hanging on the punch or the soundproof cover of the punch, causing damage to the mold parts or the mold slipping off. 4. When the mold is abnormally lowered, it is not allowed to inching operation, especially after the mold stopper is plastic. 5. Turn off the punch host and other power supplies after the mold is lowered to avoid waste of resources. 6. When the mold is shut down normally, the mold needs to be moved until the guide pin enters the round hole of the material belt. It is strictly forbidden to stop the mold at the bottom dead center.
