At present, mold forming techniques are commonly used in industrial production to improve the productivity and quality of products. For general press processing, an ordinary press equipment can produce several to dozens of parts per minute, and the productivity of high-speed presses has reached hundreds or even thousands of parts per minute. According to incomplete statistics, about 60% of the parts of airplanes, automobiles, tractors, motors, electrical appliances, instruments, meters and other products are processed by molds; and light industrial products such as bicycles, watches, washing machines, refrigerators, and electric fans , About 90% of the parts are processed by molds; as for the mass production of daily-use hardware, tableware and other items, basically rely on molds.
