When the force exceeds the specified range, the equipment will automatically shut down, waiting for the technician to analyze the cause of the accident and the equipment will be readjusted. In addition, in order to find abnormalities in cutting tools as early as possible, some equipments are equipped with high-frequency sound measuring instruments to avoid the occurrence of cutting tool tooth chipping.

3. 100% measurement technology: using laser photography technology, each threaded part can be tested, and unqualified products can be picked out in time.

4. CNC machine tools and computer information management: In order to respond to the market requirements of small batches, multiple varieties and short supply time, foreign companies have begun to use CNC machine tools and computer information management technology to process threaded products. The CNC machine tool can memorize the adjustment position of the same thread before machining, which greatly reduces the time for adjusting the machine tool.
