The specific state is that the punch further penetrates into the material, and at this stage the blanking piece produces a reduced angle and a bright band. In the shear cracking stage, the local stress near the edge of the mold first reaches the shear strength of the material, which increases the cracking of the material near the edge of the mold. . It should be noted that at this time, during the processing of the scaffold stamping parts, the material of the punch blade is still in the plastic deformation stage. As the punch penetrates further into the material, the material near the punch also reaches shear strength, cracks appear, and then the two cracks overlap and the material separates. The phenomenon is that the material separates, and when the upper and lower cracks overlap, they tear each other to produce burrs. In addition, in the processing and production of scaffolding stamping parts, the blanking process also needs to be reasonably controlled. It should be noted that when designing scaffold stamping parts, the straight or curved joints of the blanking parts must have proper rounded corners, otherwise the stress of the mold will be concentrated and it will be easily damaged.
