The use of hardware shrapnel skills development

Now, the processing equipment and production line of mechanical hardware shrapnel are developing towards the depth and breadth of numerical control (NC) and computer control (CNC). However, with the changes in metal shrapnel materials and new geometric shapes, processing skills have also been developed.  1) The outer diameter, pitch, and wire diameter (three-variable) suspension hardware shrapnel of the variable hardware shrapnel has been processed without moulding. Since the development of Sanbian hardware shrapnel, tapered steel rods have been used for winding processing on CNC lathes, but the yield and quotation are not ideal. Now it is changed to go through the spring coiling machine under the heating state to control the roll speed and drawing force to obtain the required cone shape, and use the processing waste heat for quenching.   2) The hollow Ansuan hardware shrapnel rod is made of low-carbon boron steel plate, rolled and welded.  3) The torsion bar is made of high-purity 45 steel, which is subjected to high-frequency quenching to obtain the appearance of high hardness and large residual contraction stress, and then improve the fatigue life and anti-loosening ability.  4) The metal shrapnel widely used in electronic products is basically formed by stamping and active bending. Now the most important thing is to develop the joining skills of composite materials.  A. Cold forming skills of metal shrapnel  1) Cold forming skills can be automated at one time. The cold forming machine has now expanded to 12 jaws. The steel wire in the size of (0.3~14)mm can basically be formed at one time by the 8-jaw forming machine. The current development direction of forming technology equipment: ①Increase the forming speed, the primary development trend is to increase the forming speed of the equipment, that is, the output power; ②The durability of the equipment is improved by improving the precision of equipment parts and strengthening the heat treatment effect; ③Adding length sensors and The laser rangefinder is used for the active closed-loop operation of the CNC forming machine to control the manufacturing process.   2) The scale of cold forming skills. At present, the maximum standard of large wire diameter hardware shrapnel spring coiling machine can reach 20mm, u003d2000MPa, and the winding ratio is 5. The cold forming skills of variable diameter or equal diameter material Minic-Block metal shrapnel and partial pain metal shrapnel still have limitations.  B. Thermoforming skills of metal shrapnel  1) Thermoforming skills and speed ability. At present, our country only has CNC 2-axis hot coil spring machine for forming on the (9~25) mm standard, with a maximum speed of 17 pieces per minute. Compared with developed countries, the distance is larger.   2) The ability to control large metal shrapnel thermoforming skills. Since there is only a CNC2-axis hot-coiling spring machine, the shape control is less effective in three directions, and the accuracy is poor; and there is no active bar rotation control and adjustment organization, so the level of hot-coiled metal shrapnel forming skills can be low. Therefore, the precision level of the hardware shrapnel is slow and the level of surface oxidation and decarburization is also low.
