There are several forms of oblique blade? What should be paid attention to when using oblique blade punching? What are the applications of oblique blade punching? Oblique blade punching is one of the effective methods to reduce punching force. The oblique blade can be made on the punch or on the concave mold. The cutting edge can be divided into two forms: the cutting edge is inclined inward and the cutting edge is inclined outward from the point of contact with the blank. In the figure (a), (c), (d) are the inwardly inclined forms of the cutting edge, (b) and (e) are the outwardly inclined forms of the cutting edge, and (f) is the incision form. The blade edge is inclined outwards to make the maximum punching force occur at the end of the stroke, which is often used in production. Pay attention to the following matters when using oblique blade stamping: 1) In order to avoid the convex and concave molds from being subjected to greater lateral pressure during stamping, resulting in unilateral burrs, gnawing or punch breakage of the stamping parts, except for the incision, The oblique blades should be arranged symmetrically as much as possible, so that the lateral pressure caused by the oblique blades can resist each other. 2) When punching, the concave mold is made into a flat-edged convex mold to make an oblique blade, and when blanking, the concave mold is made into an oblique blade. The mold is made into a flat blade. 3) When adopting the oblique edge form, a ridge line is formed at the tip of the punch or die cutting edge, which makes the cutting edge poor in strength and easy to wear. In production, a flat blade is often used instead of the highest sharp edge of the oblique blade to form a combination of flat blade and oblique blade. The above shortcomings can be overcome. 4) Oblique blade stamping is to increase the stamping stroke to reduce the punching force, especially when stamping thick plates, the punching stroke is longer. Therefore, attention should be paid to make the punching work stroke less than the allowable work stroke of the punch, and make the sum of multiple resistance forces in the punching process less than the nominal pressure of the punch. For this reason, the bevel height of the oblique blade should be made smaller. The oblique angle and height of the oblique blade are as shown in the figure below. When the oblique blade is punched, because the material under the punch edge is close to the oblique blade of the punch, when one end of the oblique blade is curved, one end of the punched part is also Slightly curved, this can be used as pre-bending of the blank in the crimping process. When the inclined edge of the punch is a full arc, the punched workpiece is also a full arc, which may cause the blanking to be bent at the same time.
