After the mold test is OK, set the punch stroke switch to 'continuous' operation. After pressing the operating button with both hands for two strokes, the punch operates continuously.　　 5. When production needs to be stopped under normal conditions, press the 'Continuous Stop' button, and the punch slider will stop at the 'Top Dead Center' at this time, so that it can be operated directly in the next operation. 9.

When the emergency stop button is pressed abnormally, the punch slider is in the press and stop state, and the slider may not stop at the 'top dead center'. After the abnormality is handled, the next time you want to operate, you must After the travel switch is set to the 'inching' position, and then the slider is set to the 'top dead center　　10. At the end of production, adjust the speed of the punch to the slowest, turn off the punch motor, turn off the punch power, and turn off the power of the main control box.　　 11. Clean the work site.
