Three types of fasteners that are difficult to dismantle

For different fasteners, we will find some abnormal phenomena in our daily life. This makes it very difficult to disassemble the fasteners, so that everyone can better disassemble the fasteners and use them as soon as possible.

First, remove the rusty bolts and nuts

First soak in kerosene for 2030 minutes. Knock around the nut with a hand hammer to loosen the rust layer, and then unscrew it. If it still cannot be removed, use a torch to heat the nut, and when the nut is heated to expand and the screw is lightly heated, quickly unscrew the nut. If it is a threaded slide fastener, drill an enlarged hole at the threaded hole, remake the thread, and prepare a stepped bolt with one end enlarged and the other end maintaining the original diameter, and the original screw hole is enlarged, and then a thread with internal and external threads is processed The outer diameter of the nut matches the enlarged screw hole, and the inner screw hole is the same as the original diameter. Coat 502 adhesive on the outer thread, and then screw into the enlarged screw hole.

When the head screw is large in diameter and relatively loose, you can use a hand hammer and a flat chisel to slowly pick it out in the opposite direction of the thread. If the broken end is higher than the end face, it can be filed into a square and screwed out, or a nut can be welded to the broken end to screw it out. If the broken head is slightly higher than the end face or there is no exposed head, drill a hole on the broken head, and then wedge it into a multi-edge quenched steel shovel to unscrew the broken head; use a back screw to unscrew the broken head. When the screw hole is allowed to be enlarged, a drill can be used to drill the broken head screw and re-enlarge the thread.

Third, remove the spring set

In order to prevent the fasteners from deforming due to uneven force, the screw set should be removed diagonally and symmetrically. When disassembling, first loosen the screws 1 to 2 buckles, and then disassemble them one by one. For square or round parts, disassemble symmetrically according to the diagonal or the center of the circle. The long strip parts can be gradually loosened and disassembled from two sides to the middle or from the middle to the two sides in a symmetrical, diagonal order. Loosen and remove the screws in the difficult-to-remove parts first. When disassembling the cantilever-shaped multi-screw coupling, you should start from the bottom and loosen one by one according to the symmetrical position. The top one or two screws should be removed last, otherwise it is easy to cause accidents or deformation and damage of the parts.
