This includes template materials, heat treatment costs, processing costs, mold trial costs, machine tool wear costs, labor costs, and so on. To be able to control costs reasonably, to a certain extent, increase the company's profits. For example, if a set of molds requires a total production capacity of 50,000, which of the three types of springs we choose to compress is 50,000 times, 100,000 times, and 500,000 times? You must choose 100,000 times, so you can get it done once, without replacing it. As for why you don’t choose 50,000 times, let’s think about it for yourself.
