The SMT shielding bracket should be designed with a suction platform, the specification is less than 30* 30mm, the suction platform requires ≥φ5.0mm, the specification is greater than or equal to 30*30mm, and the suction platform requires ≥φ6.0mm; 5. For chips above 5*5 under the shielding cover, the shielding bracket needs to reserve a dispensing needle space for easy chip Dispensing. (It must be confirmed with the process); 6.2D drawings need to add insulation paint reliability test requirements; 7. The distribution of the fixing screws of the laser spot welding shielding cover must be balanced, and the bulging and deformed parts must be fixed with screws. For the nut mounted on the PCB board, the diameter is φ3.0; 8. The flatness of the laser spot welding shielding cover must be within 0.15mm; 9. The laser spot welding shielding cover rib and the nut are not allowed to be cloth within 0.5. Avoid short circuit; 10.
