The stamping of precision stamping parts is to use the blanking ring and the ejector to create a three-way unequal compressive stress state, so that the deviation stress is reduced to zero or becomes a compressive stress. Because the material shear zone is not subject to tensile stress, it is affected by large shear stress. It only produces plastic flow deformation without breaking, so that the incision becomes a bright band without the punching method of the broken band. The fracture of precision stamping parts is only caused by plastic shear deformation, so it is bright and free of burrs. Generally speaking, only plastic materials are used. Because precision stamping parts use small gap punching dies, during the punching process, the bending deformation of the sheet is small, so the collapse angle is small. The high dimensional accuracy of precision stamping parts is due to the small deformation of the material around the incision, while the material deformation in the incision area is large and the amount of springback is small. Therefore, the precision stamping process can appropriately relax the structural manufacturability requirements of the parts compared with ordinary blanking.
