The mold life is generally longer, the stamping quality is not confused, the interchangeability is good, and it has the same characteristics. (3) Parts with a large size range and complex shapes are processed by stamping parts, such as stopwatches, automobile longitudinal beams, cage covers, etc. In addition, due to the cold deformation and hardening of the material during the stamping process, the stamping strength and rigidity are high. (4) The stamping parts have high production efficiency, easy operation, and realize mechanization and automation. This is because stamping relies on stamping dies and stamping equipment to complete processing. The number of strokes of an ordinary press can reach dozens of times per minute, and the high-speed pressure can reach hundreds or even thousands of times per minute. One punch can be obtained for each stroke of stamping.
