Hardware shrapnel is a kind of mechanical parts that use elasticity to work. Stretching hardware shrapnel    Stretching hardware shrapnel is a spiral hardware shrapnel that accepts axial tension. Stretching hardware shrapnels are generally made of round cross-section materials. When not under load, the loops of the stretched metal shrapnel are generally tight and there is no gap. 2. Compressed hardware shrapnels Compressed hardware shrapnels are spiral hardware shrapnels that accept downward pressure. Most of the materials used are circular in cross-section, and there are also rectangular and multi-stranded metal shrapnels, generally in the shape of compressed hardware shrapnels of equal pitch There are: cylindrical, conical, convex and concave shapes and a small amount of non-circular shapes, etc. There is a certain gap between the circles of the compressed metal shrapnel, and the metal shrapnel shrinks and deforms when subjected to an external load, and the deformation energy is stored .  3. Torsion hardware shrapnel    The hardware shrapnel that accepts torsion deformation, the working part is also tightly wound into a spiral shape. The end structure of the torsion metal shrapnel is processed into various shapes of torsion arms instead of hooks. Torsion hardware shrapnel is often used in balancing mechanisms in machinery, and is widely used in industrial production such as automobiles, machine tools, and electrical appliances.
