The main reasons that affect the size and shape accuracy of precision stamping parts are springback and distortion. Since plastic deformation is always accompanied by elastic deformation, springback will occur after unloading, resulting in a decrease in size and shape accuracy. The surface quality of precision stamping parts mainly refers to the scratches caused during the forming process.
