The types, specifications and functions of the selected hardware accessories should comply with my country's current standards and relevant regulations, and match the selected plastic doors and windows.  2. For sliding windows with a width of more than 1m, or double-glazed doors and windows of equipment, double pulleys should be installed, or roll pulleys should be used.  3. Aluminum alloy materials should not be used for sliding hinges, but stainless steel materials should be used.  4. For hardware stamping parts with fastening screws, it is necessary to install a metal lining plate, and the thickness of the lining plate should be at least twice the pitch of the fastener. It must not be fastened to plastic profiles, and non-metallic linings must not be used.  5. The accessories should be the latest equipment, door and window locks, handles, etc. should be assembled after the window and door leaf is in the frame to ensure the correct orientation and flexible switching.   6. Pay attention to maintenance after electronic stamping equipment to prevent rust and corrosion. In daily use, open and close lightly to prevent hard opening and hard closing, which may cause damage. Electronic stamping parts are widely used in a variety of jobs, and most of them are stamped into products. The car body, chassis, fuel tank, radiator fins, boiler drums, container shells, motors, electrical iron core silicon steel sheets, etc. are all stamped and processed. The intent of the forming process is to make the sheet metal plastically deform without breaking the billet to make a workpiece of the required shape and standard. In practical production, multiple processes are often applied to one work piece. Among them, punching, bending, shearing, deep drawing, bulging, spinning, and correction are the main stamping processes commonly used.  Electronic stamping parts mainly rely on presses and molds to apply external force to plates, strips, pipes and profiles to cause plastic deformation or separation, and then obtain the required shape and standard workpiece (stamping) forming methods.  Electronic stamping parts are mainly classified by process, which can be divided into two categories: separate process and forming process. The separate process is also called blanking, and its intention is to separate the stamping parts from the sheet material along a certain contour line to ensure the quality requirements of the separate sections. The appearance and internal functions of the stamping sheet material have a great influence on the quality of the stamping products. The thickness of the stamping material is required to be accurate and uniform; the appearance is smooth, without spots, scars, scratches, and no external cracks, etc.; the yield strength is uniform and no obvious Directionality; high uniform elongation; low yield ratio; low work hardening.
