1. Keep the surface of the convex and concave molds clean. The blanks of precision stamping parts need to be wiped clean before deep drawing to avoid the working surface or material surface of the punching die from being dirty and mixed with impurities, which will damage the surface of the precision stamping parts and affect the quality. 2. Adjust the appropriate gap between the convex and concave molds to avoid scratches on the surface of the workpiece when the gap between the convex and concave molds is too small or uneven. 3. Grind and polish the corner radius of the die to avoid the rough corner surface of the die and the surface of the precision stamping part will be scratched during deep drawing. 4. Appropriately increase the hardness of the surface of the convex and concave mold and check the surface of the convex and concave mold frequently even if the metal scraps left behind are removed, because when the hardness of the convex and concave mold is low, the surface of the convex and concave mold is attached with metal scraps, which will also cause deep drawing. Pull marks are produced on precision stamping parts. 5. Use the lubricant suitable for the deep drawing process. If necessary, filter the lubricant before use to avoid mixing of impurities. If the quality of the lubricant is poor, the surface roughness of the deep drawing precision stamping parts will increase, and the stamping accuracy and quality will be reduced.
