1. Performance requirements of precision metal stamping parts (1) Precision requirements of stamping parts In order to meet the precision requirements of stamping parts, the number of processes needs to be determined by the calculation of the stamping process, because it is not only related to the nature of the material, the drawing height, and the drawing height. Factors such as the number of steps are related, and conditions such as drawing diameter and material thickness will also be involved. (2) Refinement requirements of stamping parts Regarding the refinement requirements of stamping parts, the number of processes mainly depends on the complexity of its structure and shape, so it needs to be determined after comprehensive consideration of factors such as the number of bending angles, relative positions and bending directions. (3) The exquisiteness requirements of stamping parts When the stamping parts meet the requirements of precision and fineness, the exquisiteness of the workpiece becomes the new process standard. When the cross-section quality and dimensional accuracy of the stamping parts are required to be high, it is possible to consider adding a trimming process after the punching process, or directly adopting the precision blanking process, so as to obtain exquisite stamping parts to increase their value. 2. The manufacturing process of precision metal stamping parts (1) Drawing parts drawings, parts and stamping processability analysis According to stamping parts drawings, analyze the shape characteristics, dimensions, precision requirements, raw material dimensions and mechanical properties of stamping parts, and combine them with Analyze the stamping processability of parts for the selection of stamping equipment specifications, mold manufacturing conditions, production batches and other factors. (2) Determine the process plan. The calculation of the main process parameters is based on the analysis of the stamping process. Comprehensive analysis is carried out from the aspects of equipment occupancy, mold manufacturing difficulty and service life, operation convenience and safety, etc., to find out the process and mold The characteristics and difficulties of the design, including the nature of the process, the number of processes, the sequence of the processes and the combination method, etc., to determine the best plan suitable for the existing production conditions. (3) Setting process parameters Process parameters refer to the data on which the process plan is formulated, such as various forming coefficients (drawing coefficients, bulging coefficients, etc.), unfolding dimensions of parts, punching force, forming force, etc. There are two calculations. The first is that the process parameters can be calculated more accurately, such as the material utilization rate of the part layout, the punching pressure center, the area of u200bu200bthe workpiece, etc.; the second is that the process parameters can only be approximated, such as general Bending or deep drawing forming force, unfolding size of complex part blanks, etc. (4) Choose stamping equipment. Choose stamping equipment according to the nature of the stamping process to be completed and the characteristics of various stamping equipment, considering the major factors such as the deformation force required for stamping, the deformation work, and the size of the mold closing height and outline size. The equipment type and tonnage are reasonably selected in combination with the company’s existing equipment. 3. Selection of precision metal stamping oil Stamping oil plays a key role in the stamping process. Good cooling performance and extreme pressure and anti-wear performance have made a qualitative leap in the service life of the mold and the improvement of the accuracy of the workpiece. (1) Selection of stamping oil for low-carbon steel plate When selecting stamping oil for carbon steel plate, the first thing you should pay attention to is the viscosity of the drawing oil. According to the process difficulty and degreasing conditions to determine the best viscosity. (2) The selection of galvanized steel sheet stamping oil is chemically reacted with chlorine-based additives, so when choosing stamping oil for galvanized steel sheet, attention should be paid to the problem of white rust that may occur in the chlorine-based stamping oil, and Yida Borun sulfur type should be used. Stamping oil can avoid the problem of rust, but it should be degreased as soon as possible after stamping. (3) Selection of stamping oil for stainless steel plates Stainless steel is a material that is prone to hardening. It is required to use drawing oil with high oil film strength and good sintering resistance. Generally, stamping oil containing sulfur and chlorine compound additives is used to avoid problems such as burrs and cracks on the workpiece while ensuring extreme pressure performance.
