Different degrees of burrs may be produced during the production of metal stamping parts, and it is difficult to avoid the undesirable conditions caused by such stamping. The factors that affect the burrs of stamping parts include: punch and die gap, die accuracy, material supply status, etc. Only through the improvement of the production process of the stamping factory, the optimization of the production conditions of the stamping parts, the designer and the processor closely cooperate to reduce the burrs produced by the stamping theory. For burr defects that have occurred, filing, electrolysis, rolling, grinding and other methods can be used for reprocessing to eliminate the burrs that have occurred. Today we will analyze the causes of burrs on metal stamping parts: 1. Blunt cutting edges. Burrs can be produced when the cutting edge becomes blunt or gnawed. The factors affecting the dullness of the cutting edge are: the material of the convex and concave molds and their surface treatment are poor, and the wear resistance is poor; the punching die structure is poor and the rigidity is poor, causing gnawing injuries; the operation is not lubricated in time, and the wear is fast; there is no timely grinding Sharp edge. 2. If the blanking gap is too large, too small or uneven, it can cause burrs. The following factors affect the gap that is too large, too small or uneven: large curvature of the steel plate, uneven steel plate; mold manufacturing errors, die parts processing that do not conform to the drawings, poor parallelism of the bottom plate, etc.; mold assembly errors, gaps in the guide part Large, convex and concave molds are assembled out of concentricity, etc.; installation errors, such as the upper and lower bottom plates of the punch die are not cleaned during installation, or the fastening method of the upper die of the large punch is improper, and the upper and lower die of the punch are installed out of concentricity (especially the die without guide pillar). Causes the working part to tilt; the structure of the die is unreasonable, the rigidity of the die and the working part is not enough, the punching force is unbalanced, etc.; the precision of the press is poor, such as the gap of the press guide rail is too large, the bottom surface of the slider and the surface of the worktable are not parallel, Or the verticality between the slide stroke and the press table is not good, the rigidity of the worktable is poor, and the deflection occurs during punching, which can cause the change of the gap; 3. The improper blanking state (including intermediate parts) and convex Die or die contact is not good. When trimming and punching with an improperly positioned relative height, the shape of the part and the shape of the cutting edge will not conform to the shape of the part and cause burrs during the punching process because the height of the part is lower than the relative height of the positioning. 4. The workmanship of the part is poor. The complicated shape and the convex or concave sharp corners are prone to burrs due to excessive wear. 5. The material does not conform to the process regulations. The material thickness is seriously out of tolerance or the wrong material (such as the wrong steel grade) causes the relative gap to be unreasonable and causes burrs to the parts. The above is about the reasons for the burrs of metal stamping parts. During the processing, the processability of the parts can be improved, the stamping conditions can be improved, and the burrs can be avoided or reduced.
