One Stop Solution Manufacturer for all kind of Stamping Products and CNC lathed products.
Precision is a manufacturer of punching and forming of meshes, pores, small holes, and micro-holes. The commonly used materials for mesh punching are iron plate, stainless steel, aluminum and so on. After the stamping is completed, the mesh is generally of metal color. In order to adapt the product to different environmental requirements or to extend the service life of the product, customers will require the workpiece to be surface treated. The purpose of surface treatment is to meet the requirements of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, decoration or other special functions of the product. Common surface treatments for mesh punching are: galvanizing can be divided into electro-galvanizing and hot-dip galvanizing. The dense basic zinc carbonate film achieves the purpose of anti-rust, anti-corrosion and beautiful appearance. The characteristic of electro-galvanizing is that the zinc layer is fine and dense and has strong gloss. Hot-dip galvanizing is the process of anti-oxidation (anti-oxidation free radicals), annealing, etc. of the material to be plated, and then put it into the zinc solution for high-temperature hot-dip galvanizing. The advantage of hot-dip galvanizing is that the zinc layer is fully covered, and the durability is stronger. 50-year service life (usually used in hot plate punching mesh). Dip: Heat the mesh (with a variety of color options), so that the plastic powder will melt on the surface of the workpiece. The heating time and temperature will affect the thickness of the plastic layer. The dip can enhance the waterproof, rust and corrosion resistance of the product. Plastic spraying: using the principle of static electricity to make the plastic powder adsorb on the workpiece, and then heating and curing processes to achieve the purpose of anti-corrosion of the product coating. Spraying is generally used in punching mesh products, and the plastic layer is thinner than the dipping process. The advantages are low cost and fast speed. Anodized anode: After the mesh is punched and formed, it is placed in the corresponding acidic electrolyte as the anode. Under certain conditions and current, it is electrolyzed to form a layer of aluminum oxide film. The film not only improves the hardness of the mesh, but also Wear resistance, corrosion resistance, also has good insulation properties and heat resistance (usually used in aluminum alloy mesh).
