The main technical parameters of the punch press can be divided into three types: process capability parameters, motion parameters and structural parameters. One, process capability parameters 1) Nominal pressure The nominal pressure of a punch press refers to a certain distance or crank before the slider moves close to the bottom dead center. The maximum working pressure allowed by the punch when it rotates to a certain angle from the bottom dead center. Its unit is Newton. 2) The working energy punch to complete a certain process not only needs pressure, but also satisfies the required deformation work. The working energy of the punch is the maximum energy that the punch can emit in a working cycle. It is determined by the work allowed by the motor and flywheel in one stroke, and its unit is Joule. Second, motion parameters 1) Slider stroke The distance traveled by the slider from the top dead center to the bottom dead center is twice the crank radius. 2) The number of strokes of the slider The number of reciprocating times of the slider per minute when the press has no-load continuous stroke. That is, the number of revolutions of the crankshaft is three per minute. Structural parameters 1) The closed height refers to the distance from the bottom surface of the slider to the work surface (with the backing plate removed) when the punch slider is at the bottom dead center. When the slider is adjusted to the upper limit position (the shortest connecting rod length), the closed height of the punch is called the maximum closed height; when the slider is adjusted to the lower limit position (the longest connecting rod length), the closed height of the punch is called Is the minimum enclosed height. The adjustment distance of the slider from the upper limit position to the lower limit position is called the closed height adjustment amount, which is equal to the difference between the maximum closed height and the minimum closed height.
