Therefore, the equipment used must have a certain degree of rigidity. It is best to use a precision press for this type of process. If a general mechanical press is used, it must be equipped with a protective device to prevent damage to the equipment. 2. There are many ways of leveling and equipment leveling, such as metal stamping die leveling, manual leveling and school leveling on special equipment. Mold leveling is mostly carried out on a friction press; thick material leveling is mostly carried out on a precision press or a friction press; in mass production, thick plates can also be leveled on a hydraulic press in stacks, and the pressure is stable and long Time retention; when leveling, drawing, bending and other processes are combined, a crankshaft or double-action press can be used.
