What is stamping/stamping/stamping

What is stamping/stamping/stamping? Stamping is the use of the power of stamping equipment to make the sheet material deformed by the deformation force in the mold. The three major elements of stamping processing are sheet metal, mold and equipment. Stamping processing The processing method of cold deforming metal is called cold stamping. Referred to as stamping processing. It is one of the main methods of metal pressure processing, also known as material forming engineering technology. Then we will discuss the basic procedures of stamping processing together: A. Punching: including punching and Two processes of blanking. a Blanking: The die cuts the sheet along the closed line, the part that is punched is the workpiece, and the rest is waste. The size of the design is based on the die core, and the gap is taken on the punch; b Punching: The die is punched along the closed line When cutting the plate, the part that is punched is waste. The size of the design is based on the punch, and the gap is taken on the die core. B. Shearing: Cut the sheet with a die, and the cutting line is not closed. C. Cut: Part of the sheet is cut on the blank, and the cut part is bent. D. Trimming: The edge part of the semi-finished product after drawing or forming Cut off the excess material. E. Cutting: Cut the semi-finished product into two or several workpieces, often used for double stamping. F. Bending: Use a mold to bend the material into a certain shape (V-shaped/U-shaped/Z-shaped/L-shaped) G. Roll Round: Round the end of the sheet. H. Twisting: twisting a part of the flat plate at an angle relative to a part I. Deep drawing: pressing the plate into a hollow workpiece, with the wall thickness basically unchanged. J. Thinning and deep drawing: Change the size of the hollow part by reducing the diameter and wall thickness and increasing the height of the workpiece to obtain the required bottom thickness and thin-walled workpiece. K. Hole flanging: Turn the edge of the hole on the sheet or workpiece into an upright edge. L. Outer edge flanging: Turn the outer edge of the workpiece up to an arc or curved vertical edge. M. Neck: shrink the mouth of the hollow piece. N. Flaring: Enlarging the mouth of the hollow piece, often used for pipes. O. Fluctuations: The ribs, patterns or characters are pressed out on the sheet material or the workpiece, and the entire thickness of the undulations becomes thinner. P. Crimping: roll the edge of the hollow piece into a certain shape. Q. Bulging: A part of the hollow piece (or tube material) is expanded radially to form a convex belly shape. R. Spinning: Use rods or rollers to squeeze the blanks into a certain shape (thinning and non-thinning). S. Shaping: Correct and shape workpieces with inaccurate shapes. T. Leveling: Flatten the uneven surface or bend of the blank or workpiece. U. Imprint: Change the thickness of the workpiece, and press text or patterns on the surface. V. Positive extrusion: The metal blank in the knife cavity is in a plastic deformation state under the action of the punch pressure, so that it is extruded from the knife hole, and the direction of metal flow is the same as the direction of the punch movement. W. Reverse extrusion: In the process of metal extrusion, the plastic flow along the gap between the punch and the knife edge, the flow direction is opposite to the direction of the punch movement. X. Compound extrusion: the combination of forward extrusion and reverse extrusion.
