What principles should be followed in the design of continuous die?

The design of continuous mold should follow the principles:    1. When designing the compression mold, the structure of the compression mold must be selected according to the batch size of the product, that is, for the product parts with small batches and simple shapes, the mobile simple compression mold structure should be adopted. ; For production parts with large batches or complex shapes, a fixed compression mold structure should be used.  2. The designed compression mold structure should be simple in structure, small in size, and light in weight to reduce labor intensity during use. 3. For compression molds that require inserts, the inserts must be easy to operate and secure, and there must be enough plastic thickness around the inserts to make the inserts firm. The general thickness can be about 2-4mm. In order to make the inserts firmly embedded, it is best to use the extrusion die structure when there are more inserts.  4. In order to facilitate the easy ejection of the plastic part after pressing, the mold cavity should be provided with an ejection slope. Under normal circumstances, the inclination of the compression mold is determined according to the inclination of the plastic product. For plastic parts with dimensional accuracy requirements, the inclination of the mold is generally determined according to 1:50, 1:100 and 1:200.
