(1) Mechanical reasons, such as overheating of the barrel due to abnormal conditions, high temperature decomposition of resin, scorching and injection of the resin into the product, or resin stagnation due to nozzles and screw threads in the material cartridge, check valves, etc. Flow, decomposition and discoloration are brought into the product, with dark brown burn marks in the product. At this time, the nozzle, screw and barrel should be cleaned. (2) The reason for the mold is mainly due to poor exhaust. This kind of scorching generally occurs in a fixed place, which is easy to distinguish from the previous situation. At this time, attention should be paid to measures such as adding an exhaust slot and anti-exhaust rod. (3) In terms of molding conditions, when the back pressure is above 300 MPa, the barrel will overheat and cause scorching. When the screw speed is too high, it will also produce overheating, generally within the range of 40-90r/min. When there is no exhaust groove or the exhaust groove is small, the injection speed is too high, which will cause the overheated gas to burn (scorch).
