At present, the more common positioning devices include guide plates, fixed stop pins, and guides. Pins, side blades, etc. 3. The length of the guide pin needs to be controlled. In order to control the feeding step more accurately, the guide pin is often used for positioning. The diameter of the guide pin is generally ∮1.2~6mm, but pay attention to control its length, generally not Too long, otherwise it will cause poor mold feeding and material jams.  4. It is not recommended to use stripping elements during the automatic punching process.    The continuous mold itself is a highly efficient mold with a long service life, but the use of elastic stripping elements during use may increase the difficulty of unloading and shorten the service life. It is recommended to use springs as unloading elements.   The above points are the points that manufacturers need to pay attention to when manufacturing equipment and continuous molds.
