Why do metal stamping parts jump chips during processing?

Therefore, we must specifically analyze why the chip jumps, and can take effective countermeasures to fundamentally solve the problem of chip jumps. 1. The main reason for chip jumping in stamping parts processing is the cutting oil during the high-speed continuous punching process, the excessive gap and other factors, which cause an instantaneous partial vacuum between the punch and the waste chips. When the sum of the weight of the waste itself and the friction force of the die edge on it is less than the adsorption force of the punch on it, the waste will be adsorbed on the surface of the punch during the ascent of the punch, and will rise accordingly to form jumping debris. . 2. Metal stamping solutions (1) The gap is too large, control the processing accuracy of the convex and concave molds or modify the design gap; (2) Improper feeding, trim the strip and clean the mold in time when it is sent to the appropriate location; (3) Punching oil drips too fast , Oil viscosity controls the amount of stamping oil droplets, or replaces the oil to reduce the viscosity; (4) The mold is not demagnetized, and the mold and the mold need to be demagnetized after training (more attention should be paid to the punching material); On the punch, study the knife edge of the punch and adjust the length of the punch blade into the die; (6) The punch is too short and the length of the insert is insufficient; (7) The material is hard and the punching shape is simple; replace the material and modify the design . The punch is inserted into the end face to push out or trim a bevel or arc (pay attention to the direction). Reduce the bonding area between the end face of the punch edge and the chip; (8) Emergency measures, reduce the sharpness of the die edge, reduce the amount of research on the die edge, and increase the surface roughness of the straight edge of the die (Covering), using a vacuum cleaner to suck up the waste.
