Stainless steel fasteners also refer to stainless steel screws, which are national standard screws. The reasons for the frequent locking phenomenon are summarized as follows:
1. If the product is not selected correctly, it is necessary to confirm whether the mechanical properties of the product can meet the needs of use before use. In addition, the length of the screw should be selected appropriately, whichever is one or two pitches of the exposed nut after tightening. (Guide: Process matters of embedded copper nut)
2. The tooth pattern is rough or there are foreign bodies. If there is a welding spot and other metal chips are caught between the tooth pattern, it will often lead to locking.
3. Use a torque wrench or a socket wrench as much as possible if you use too much force or the locking speed is too fast, and avoid using adjustable wrenches or electric wrenches, because electric wrenches often cause the locking speed to be too fast, and the temperature rises rapidly and locks up.
4. The angle of the force direction is wrong. The nut must be screwed perpendicular to the axis of the screw, and do not tilt.
5. The use of unused flat and elastic washers can effectively prevent the problem of over-locking.
