1. Suddenly stop and the screw shaft is stuck
①In the initial stage of pressing, the pressing chamber is not heated, which is caused by a large amount of feeding. You can use hot oilseeds (or dry cakes with heated water) to feed slowly, and repeat the mill to increase the temperature.
②During the pressing process, the press chamber is broken, and then a large amount of material is fed, resulting in poor discharge and blockage of the press chamber with oil. Therefore, the feeding should be continuous and uniform, and the cake should not be too thin. In the event of a failure, immediately turn off the power supply, insert the feeding regulating plate, stop feeding, open the discharge plate, reverse the screw shaft, and make it exit. Then remove the oil in the chamber and press again.
③The oil has not been cleaned, and it is caused by hard foreign matter such as stones and metals entering the press chamber.
2, the oil press does not produce oil or the oil output rate is too low
①The raw material is not wet or too dry, it is damp and moldy, the seed material is not full, and it is caused by excessive impurities. The oil must be re-cleaned and the moisture of the oil must be improved at a high speed.
②The oil drain joint is blocked by oil residue or the pressing rod is assembled too tightly. The tightness of the sliver should be adjusted according to the oil content.
③In the initial stage of squeezing, the temperature of the press chamber of the oil press is low, the output cake is too thin or thick, and the parts are worn out, etc., which will cause no oil or low oil output.
3, too much scum
①Individual slivers are bent or the gap is too large. At this time, you can unload the sliver, polish the three-convex square of the A-shaped sliver with gauze or oilstone, straighten the sliver, and reassemble it. If necessary, pad some thin iron sheets to keep the gap within 0.050.08 mm.
②The plasticity of the oil is not good and it is difficult to produce the cake, which increases the chamber pressure. At this time, the oil should be mixed with water in an appropriate amount and milled to increase the temperature of the oil press to increase the plasticity of the oil.
③The pie is too thin. The thickness of the cake should be appropriately increased according to the instructions.
4, the cake is not smooth
One of the reasons is that the thickness of the cake is not suitable, and the thickness of the cake should be adjusted; the second is because there are hard foreign objects such as dry cake, stones, iron, etc. entering the machine chamber, the machine should be shut down immediately, and the oil press should be taken out and checked. And clear the cake ring and the dry cake and sundries in the machine chamber. And according to the wear of the cake ring, repair or replace with new parts.
5, oil return
It may be caused by clogged oil cracks in the oil press or too small oil cracks on the surface. The former should be removed for cleaning, the latter should adjust the gap between the press, polish the oil seams with oilstone.
6, the oil press does not feed
① If the oil has too much moisture, it should be sun-dried or fried.
②The surface of the snail is not polished. Use emery cloth to polish the snail shaft or dry slag. ③The sliver of the oil press is worn out, and the polygon of the sliver is damaged, and the sliver can be turned over or damaged.
