DESCRIPTION
Specifciation of CuSnZn plated brass data housing:
★ This CNC machining part is made of Brass (C3604).
★ After turning and milling processes, parts need to be plated CuSnzn to improve connecting function and resistance of oxidation.
★ The body of contact pin has high requirement for roughness which will affect the function of connecting.
★ It resists yellowing and fogging under high-temperature baking at 250°C, and is not prone to oxidation or discoloration during long-term service.
★ No pollution to environment. Part complies with RoHS.
★ We are using 5 axis automatic lathes to produce.
★ Parts can pass 1000 H salt spray test.
