Products are widely used in the automotive field, consumer electronics field, photovoltaic energy storage field.Products are produced strictly according to customer's drawings, and the tolerance can be reached within ±0.01mm to ±0.05mm, perfectly matching specific assembly requirements. With high precision, automotive products can meet 0 PPM quality control requirements.
CNC machined parts
The tolerance precision of Fortuna’s customized processing parts can reach ±0.005mm.Ra 0.8μm ultra-precision processing,which can be used for direct assembly.Compared with metal stamping parts, CNC machined parts require higher precision, concentricity and roughness.Fortuna has 42 machines imported from Japan, which support the molding of complex geometric shapes such as 3D curved surfaces, deep cavities, and special-shaped structures, and can process products with diameters from 1mm to 32mm.
Assembly parts
Fortuna also focuses on the assembly of stamping parts, the assembly of CNC parts and metal stamping parts, and the assembly of metal parts and overmolding parts, mainly through automated riveting, in-mold riveting, laser welding or spot welding, injection molding, etc.It can adapt to the diverse needs of customers, and at the same time, flexibly changes according to customer drawings and assembly requirements, providing the best solution for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.In order to meet the volume production of customers, Fortuna has introduced an automatic riveting production line, and also matches with CCD full inspection equipment to ensure that customer products have 0 defects and are 100% qualified.
