Specifciation of Partial gold-plated power contact component:
★ The precision stamping parts is made of C18150.
★ After stamping,the product need to be partial plated matte tin and gold.
★ The thickness of raw material is 0.70mm.
★ No oil , No burrs and keep dry.
★ No pollution to environment. RoHS compliant.
★ After the product is coated with matte tin, it needs to be treated with a heat-resistant color-change prevention tin protectant, and a tin adhesion test should also be conducted.
★ Main Process of exported stamping part: cut,punch,stamp,drill,twist,test
