Visiting Precision Terminals And Metal Shrapnel Customers In The Subsidiary Company Of Videoton

From November 29 to December 1, 2023, we went to Poland to participate in the World Trade Exhibition. Through this exhibition opportunity, we visited the branch of Videoton, which is also the main supplier of precision terminals and metal shrapnel we produce.

Since this was our first meeting, first of all, the two parties exchanged business cards and briefly introduced themselves; then, Steven Yan briefly introduced the business operated by Fortuna, focusing on the current trial production projects of customers, and also reported to the customers. The progress of the project was reviewed, and problems existing in the new trial production project were reviewed, and areas where the product needed to be optimized were pointed out. During the discussion, the customer also pointed out that the biggest problem with our products was improper packaging of the products, resulting in product There will be deformation, loss, etc. during transportation; in the end, both parties were very satisfied with the current cooperation project.

After the meeting, we followed the customer to visit their processing plant to learn from the customer's current production and management experience. We also saw products similar to ours and learned from the customer how to solve the problems of similar products to ours.

During this visit, we not only learned about customer needs, but also learned how to improve our production and management to make our products more precise and high-quality.
