Visiting new customers in Slovenia

In order to enhance the stickiness with customers and increase mutual trust, on April 14, 2024, the Fortuna team visited customers in Slovenia at the invitation of customers, so as to understand customer needs more intuitively and provide them with the best services and solutions.

First, Fortuna introduced the processing strength of Fortuna to customers in detail, starting from the company's operating conditions, advanced production equipment, precision mold processing equipment, and high-quality quality control equipment. Fortuna has currently obtained IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates, which can meet customers' annual quality audit needs. Fortuna's product precision can reach 0.02mm, ensuring that no defective products flow out.

Afterwards, the customer gave a detailed introduction to his current product application areas and cooperative customers, which reflected the large company's emphasis on customer service and meticulous project process control.

Then, the two sides discussed the current cooperation projects and displayed samples. Finally, during the visit to the customer's factory, it was found that the customer's production line management and automated assembly mainly rely on equipment and manual assistance. In this process, time costs can be greatly saved and product precision can be improved.

During this visit, we found that there is a lot to learn and draw lessons from in terms of technology, management and quality.
