Recently, Fortuna visited Poland to meet with existing potential clients who specialize in automotive parts overmolding. The visit focused on in-depth discussions regarding pricing projects, production collaboration, and quality assurance, further solidifying the foundation for cooperation within the European automotive supply chain.
First, the Fortuna team, combining customer application scenarios in the field of automotive component overmolding, gave a detailed introduction to the company's manufacturing system, precision mold development, multi-material composite molding capabilities, as well as IATF 16949 quality control processes, process inspection and reliability verification standards, demonstrating the comprehensive strength to meet the stringent requirements of the automotive industry.
Following this, both parties briefly discussed the current project progress and market conditions. The client indicated that the market was currently sluggish, resulting in slow project progress and a long market development cycle, and requested more time for project negotiations. Based on Fortuna's manufacturing capabilities and product precision, the client also offered more opportunities to quote for potential projects.
Finally, accompanied by the client, our team visited their assembly line to gain a firsthand understanding of the overmolding process, assembly procedures, on-site quality control, and production capacity layout. Both sides exchanged ideas during the visit, discussing key aspects such as material compatibility, process stability, and batch consistency in light of the actual production line conditions. This further deepened our understanding of the client's needs and on-site pain points, providing a basis for optimizing subsequent customized solutions.
Through face-to-face communication, both parties enhanced their trust, and the client gained a comprehensive understanding of Fortuna's service, manufacturing, and quality systems, becoming more confident in future project cooperation.
welcome to discuss
