Recently, the Fortuna team visited Luxembourg to meet with potential key partners and conduct practical communication with the client's technical department. They addressed issues such as the mass production of metal stamping parts, process details, quality standards, and on-site requirements. They also visited the client's factory to remove technical obstacles and solidify the foundation for cooperation, ensuring the smooth progress of the project.
First, both parties gave a brief introduction to their current company scale, business scope, and manufacturing capabilities. Then, they focused on confirming key issues such as the dimensional accuracy of metal stamping parts, material selection, surface treatment, stamping processes, mold matching, and batch production stability. Both parties fully communicated on details such as product tolerance requirements, assembly fit, inspection standards, and delivery batches, clarifying technical solutions on-site to ensure no deviations in technical requirements and a clearer execution path.
Finally, we accompanied the customer's technical team on a factory tour to inspect the production line layout, assembly process, quality inspection procedures, and product application sites. This allowed us to accurately integrate the customer's actual needs into subsequent production and improvement processes, making the metal stamping parts more suitable for on-site use and better meet the customer's expectations.
This business trip to Luxembourg allowed us to thoroughly discuss technical issues, clarify the details of our needs, and deepen our clients' trust in and professionalism regarding Fortuna.
welcome to discuss
