Our long-term client Norbit visited Fortuna to discuss existing project development capabilities

Recently, a delegation led by Norbit's Purchasing Director visited Fortuna for an on-site inspection and held in-depth meetings regarding existing development projects under collaboration. The visit aimed to enhance mutual trust through direct contact with the production line, ensuring the high-quality progress and successful implementation of the projects. Fortuna's key personnel warmly welcomed the client delegation and accompanied them throughout the visit and discussions.

Following this, the client group knew the visual management dashboard area. The dashboard clearly displayed production plans, real-time progress, quality data, and personnel updates. The client expressed their appreciation for our company's management model, which achieves transparency in production and immediate problem identification through visual management.

Next, in the stamping workshop, the customer observed the stable operation of the high-speed precision stamping press and learned how multi-station progressive dies complete the complex transformation from raw materials to finished parts within one minute. At the CNC machining center, technicians demonstrated the machining process of high-precision CNC equipment, showcasing the machining capabilities under complex structural parts and stringent tolerance requirements.

Quality is the lifeline of precision hardware components. At the quality inspection center, the client learned in detail about our comprehensive quality control system, from IQC (Incoming Quality Control) and IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) to OQC (Outgoing Quality Control). By watching demonstrations of high-precision testing equipment such as coordinate measuring machines and image measuring instruments, the client directly experienced our rigorous control over every dimension and tolerance. The client stated that such a rigorous quality traceability system provides a strong guarantee for the smooth implementation of their existing development projects.

Following the site visit, both parties returned to the conference room for a special symposium focusing on the existing development project. During the meeting, they engaged in in-depth discussions regarding the project's current technical challenges, delivery timeline, cost optimization, and the subsequent second-phase development plan. Our project team, leveraging the on-site production capabilities demonstrated during the visit, provided practical solutions to the client's new requirements.
