Fortuna visits long-term American customer, Copeland

       In September 2024, the Fortuna team took advantage of the exhibition to conduct in-depth visits and exchanges with long-time American customers, aiming to deepen cooperation between the two parties and explore more cooperation opportunities.

      First, both parties briefly introduced the company's current business development, production equipment, and quality equipment to deepen the understanding between the two parties. Then, the key points of trial production and mass production of the new project currently under development were discussed in detail, and the existing problems in the production process were analyzed, and subsequent solutions were formulated to avoid the problems of the current products. After the project discussion, the customer enthusiastically invited our team to visit the site. Only through the on-site visit did we truly understand the assembly requirements and quality control requirements of the customer's products. We also learned from the customer's rigor and meticulousness in work and products, which is a key point that the Fortuna team is currently lacking.

After the visit, the customer highly recognized Fortuna’s problem-solving methods and emergency response capabilities, and hoped to have more opportunities for cooperation in the future.
