Production process planing training on November 26th

A production plan is a plan for the company to make overall arrangements for production tasks and to specifically formulate the variety, quantity, quality, and schedule of production products.

In order to make employees more clearly understand the importance of planning and how to make production plans based on the process guidelines of the procedure documents, our company regularly trains the PMC team and the production department on the importance of production planning and how to use the ERP system and BOM management.

An optimized production plan must have the following three characteristics:

1) Conducive to making full use of sales opportunities to meet market demand;

2) Conducive to taking full advantage of profit opportunities and minimizing production costs;

3) Conducive to making full use of production resources and minimizing the idleness and waste of production resources.
