Potential customer MUVV from Portugal came to visit our company

On April 2, 2024, we enthusiastically received a potential customer from Portugal. This customer had very close email exchanges with us and expressed that they recognized our company's products and production capabilities very much. Therefore, they came to China to audit suppliers. Taking the opportunity,they come to Fortuna for a visit.

First of all, Steven, the company's foreign trade manager, briefly introduced the company's current development scale, establishment background, business operations, production equipment and development capabilities to the customer, focusing on the new projects developed by the company as well as product design and delivery capabilities. The customers were very satisfied with this brief introduction. After introducing the company profile,customers were very curious about the company's current production status.

   The next step is to take the customer to visit the factory production line. At present, our company has 70 precision stamping machines and 42 CNC machining lathes imported from Japan. On the workshop, we also introduced the CNC parts and stamping parts being produced by Fortuna to customers in detail; in order to ensure customers' recognition of product precision, We introduced the company's current quality testing equipment one by one. Whether it is incoming materials, production, or shipment, we will have dedicated personnel responsible for each step to ensure that no defective products reach the client. Then, when we came to the company's core department - the R&D Team, the customer expressed great appreciation for our mold design and was very sure of the ability of the company's engineers. At the same time, after seeing the company's advanced mold processing equipment, I became even more convinced of our mold design, development, and manufacturing capabilities.

Finally, when they came to our company’s packaging inspection department and product automated assembly department, they highly recognized Fortuna’s 100% inspection process. They were especially curious about the application of automated assembly equipment. In the process, they also learned more about the product. How to use the infrared sensing ability of the equipment to determine the defective products, prevent the outflow of defective products, and win 100% trust from customers.
